Presenting “Creating a Virtual Community” at NCMPR in October

On Oct. 7, I’ll be presenting “Creating a Virtual Community: Using Social Media to Connect with Students, Prospects and Alumni” at the 2010 National Council for Marketing & Public Relations District 3 Conference in Indianapolis. It will be an update of the presentation below, which I made at the Indiana College Network Conference in June. This time, I’ll focus less on distance education students and more on the specific challenges faced by NCMPR members, all of whom work at community colleges.

If you’re planning to attend the NCMPR District 3 Conference, let me know if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to incorporate my comments into the presentation.
